The Process

Initial Meeting:

Getting to know you In the first stage of the process, we discuss the intention of the assessment and your expectations. We fully document the scope of work in an engagement letter for your review. Once signed, our project work begins.

Staff Interview/Needs Analysis:

Staff interviews are critical to the assessment. This allows us to get a complete grasp on what you need from us and your system. During this phase we uncover the pain points of your current system. We find out what needs improvement. We also determine what is working well and leverage that success.

Organization Analysis:

Our consultants take the data they have learned from the in-depth staff interviews and analyze the innrt-workings of your organization. The information they learn from your staff serves as a guide to how your organization is functioning and where the stresses are within the company. We ook into the technical aspects of your organization: the inputs, processes and the outcomes.
